This probably sounds really strange to mention but I’ve discovered along with creating images that having a talent for coordinating outfits and helping clients with the chaos that can be felt planning or being apart of a photo shoot has really helped calm clients concerns. Fact 01/

I have three boys, my two oldest are twins. Many times over the years while photographing a parent will apologize for their family chaos, Um! I have three boys. My response to this comment is that “I see the beauty in the chaos.” I go into a photo session with a plan and often I have to add more silliness to bring out the joy, and that is an element of capturing images that I love.

Fact 02

I didn't know I had a superpower until many clients informed me I’m the baby and toddler whisperer. I have a love and patience for babies, and children. I want their experience and parents experience to be worry free. I’ve found that having lots of patience is the key to a successful session, and maybe a lollipop for the those mover and shakers.

Fact 03

When I was in High School I was part of FBLA( Future biz leaders) that was many years ago but my love for business has grown. I see my creativity, natural, and trained business skills as a helpful counterpart to small businesses. When there is a need for Business Branding or Headshots to have a splash of creativity I’m with you all the way!

When it comes to the newborn sessions I create in my studio or in your home I want to exude a confidence that comes with 9 years of working with newborns. Im here to guide you through the tentative due date scheduling process to session details. Oh! And don’t worry about the wiggly sibling pictures, Ive got you covered with lots of silliness and fun for all. It’s my desire to create a comfortable environment for baby and family.

About the Studio

September 1st, 2023- Verb Photography studio will be moving to another Edmonds location.

Verb Photography studio space is located in Edmonds, WA. The studio space is a space created for newborn, headshots, milestone sessions and much more. The studio is supplied with backdrops, props and much more to help create the perfect studio portraits.

One of the other added perks to the studio space is outdoor large beautiful barn doors. When this studio was designed I knew I wanted barn doors on the outside as an added backdrop. Since the moment they were installed the doors have been a great backdrop for Santa Claus sessions, themed sessions, family portraits, and the backdrop for the occasional toddler who needs to be outside. I’ve notice over the years when raising my own kids, and photographing many families that kids of a certain age like to be outside, and their scenery changed up when getting restless. The barn doors outside my studio provide a fun area for kids to be free and show me those cute dimples, smiles and belly laughs that I’m looking to capture.
